Upload photos of ALL your residence/employment cards (TRC) — old and current, front and back. Your total residence in the EU must be 2 years or more, with a maximum gap of 90 days between cards. Photos must be sharp, all corners visible, no fingers covering the text.
Granting these consents is voluntary. I may refuse any of these authorizations to the controller. Refusing or withdrawing consent has no negative consequences for me, and I cannot be excluded from a selection procedure merely because I did not give consent. I may withdraw consent by email at osobniudaje@g5plushr.cz, in writing to the controller's registered office, or in person at the controller's branch.
